Full Beef

Whole Beef (~400–500 lbs of meat)

  • Everything in the half, doubled

  • Full selection of premium steaks — ribeye, T-bone, porterhouse, NY strip, tenderloin/filet mignon, sirloin, flank, skirt

  • Multiple roasts of every cut

  • Brisket (both flats)

  • Full rack of ribs

  • Ground beef (~150–200 lbs)

  • Organ meat if requested (liver, heart, tongue)

  • Soup bones & oxtail

Half Beef

Half Beef (~200–250 lbs of meat)

  • Ground beef (~75–100 lbs)

  • Chuck roasts & arm roasts

  • Sirloin tip roasts & rump roasts

  • Brisket

  • Short ribs & back ribs

  • Steaks — ribeye, T-bone, sirloin, round, flank

  • Stew meat & soup bones

Quarter Beef

Quarter Beef (~100–150 lbs of meat)

  • Ground beef (largest portion, ~40–50 lbs)

  • Chuck roasts

  • Arm roasts

  • Stew meat

  • Short ribs

  • A small selection of steaks (sirloin, ribeye, T-bone — limited cuts at this size)

Beef Order Form

Finch farms exists to make clean, honest beef available for hard working families.


Orders are taken on first come, first served basis. Please send a contact form if you need your beef at a later date. 30-120 day growing and processing.
